We only return valuations when there is enough market depth.
Sample Size Rules
- ✓ Minimum 20 comparable listings for any valuation.
- ✓ Minimum 5 per country for local medians.
- ✓ Minimum 10 in primary country to use it as base.
- ✓ Otherwise we fall back to the overall European distribution.
Commercial Model
- ✓ Fixed monthly packages or pure pay-per-call.
